Appointment policy.

Our appointment, cancellation, and re-shoot policy for ERAS, residency, and fellowship photo sessions. ERAS Photo is a brand of iRolls Multimedia LLC, operated by NY Headshots studios.

Late arrivals

It is very important that you are at our studio at the scheduled time. If you are running late please promptly notify us by sending a text to +1 (212) 390-0410. The session will be canceled with no refund if a client does not show up and we do not hear from them by the 15th minute after the appointment start time. The session is also canceled with no refund if the client is not at our studio 30 minutes after the appointment start time.

Rescheduling or cancellations up to 4 hours before the appointment

No extra charges will apply for up to 5 reschedules or cancellations. After 5 rescheduling attempts we reserve the right to charge extra fees and, if necessary, to block the client from future booking.

No-shows, cancellations or rescheduling less than 4 hours prior

The full price of the appointment is charged to the client or the client's company. The fee is waived upon proof of a serious medical emergency.

Showing up not camera-ready

The client's responsibility is to show up camera-ready and well rested. While we make every effort to help clients with adjustments and improvements to their look at the studio, sometimes that is not sufficient. In that case the session has to be rescheduled and an extra 50% of the session fee is applied to the client or the client's company.

Examples: unfixable hair or makeup malfunctions, inappropriate clothes, condition of the skin, or visible severe fatigue.

Re-shoots

Clients can schedule a re-shoot if the photographer failed to deliver the required lighting or did not follow company specifications. Re-shoots do not apply to sessions where clients are not happy with their hair, makeup, or clothes.
